Guys,

Azleen here. I want to thank Samantha and the Content Team for a job well done. Our core community-building strategy has always been about building a direct pipeline to our audience to bypass volatile platform algorithms. The best way to communicate with our community long-term should be direct. Relying on algorithms in between is just too expensive.

Thanks to Samantha’s execution, that strategy is paying off in a big way. Here are our subscribers' updated numbers this week.

  • WhatsApp Channel: Closing in on 290 subscribers.

  • Telegram Channel: Nearing 450 subscribers.

  • Web-Based Newsletter: Sitting at 790 subscribers.

  • LinkedIn Newsletter: Officially breached 3,100 subscribers.

From here, we are pretty much on track to take total control of our own distribution. When we publish, our community gets notified directly. We own the real estate. And, this is fantastic. Now, we need to accelerate. I expect to triple these numbers across every single channel by the end of this year, setting us up to rapidly scale throughout 2027.

To hit these targets, I'm going to change our paid traffic play immediately. I want to ramp up our ads on Meta and Google. The goal is to do two things. One is to drive traffic directly to our strategic online lead-gen forms, and once they complete the form, we will immediately redirect them to our chosen platforms to subscribe. Two, any of these leads who convert and become paid customers right away are a massive bonus. In short, we use our ad budget to kill two birds with one freaking stone—to secure immediate revenue while permanently building our long-term distribution baseline. I'm working on the next stage of action once our community is bigger. One is to come up with a decent event. And two, I'm also considering a media hangout so that we can be close with the media community.

Samantha and Content Team, excellent work on establishing this foundation. Let's use this momentum to scale these numbers aggressively.
