Improving Conversion: Come To The Meeting Prepared

SUBJECT: Improving Conversion: Come To The Meeting Prepared
Guys,
Azleen here. Our conversion rate has increased significantly since early this year. It is sustaining right now. Starting October 15, I want to further refine our conversion strategy to increase the rate. I’m hoping to stretch our performance this final quarter to see if we can boost our revenue a little bit more before 2026 ends. Let me brief you here first before we all jump on a Google Meet call this Friday. I want you to join the call prepared. I want to know your first-hand experience and honest suggestions on the how-tos.
Put yourself in the shoes of a customer, go to our website and other digital assets such as social media and other platforms where we have a presence, and experience the buying journey there yourself. Take note of your honest review of the areas below and bring them to the discussion.
The copywriting, context and message. Review the way we write our messages on the website, especially but not limited to these: What do we do? Why are we different? Why should they trust us? If a visitor has to dig deeper for the answer, then we have to sharpen it. Otherwise, they will leave us immediately.
The conversion process. This is the biggest challenge of all. Spend some time experiencing these yourself. I’m talking about every online form: whether they are simple enough, whether they are too complicated, the page’s speed, and the questions. Again, these things are crucial, guys. I need your honest feedback.
The trustworthiness. Revisit our list of reviews, testimonials, case studies, and other social proof across the board. Is the information relatable enough, or too general? Did we cover enough industries and sub-industries? Are there enough images, videos or crucial details in there? You see, to make them part ways with their money and buy from us, it’s obvious that we need to provide enough evidence that they are making the right choice by choosing us.
The mobile experience. I want all of us to use our own mobile devices too and experience the above. See if we can make the navigation of the website better and improve the internal story with zero confusion while they are on the website
I want to understand the internal review first before we go external. The information gathered from this initiative will allow us to refine our tactics and minimise drop-offs. These will eventually accelerate our Q4 2026 and Q1 2027 customer-acquisition growth.
Again, please come prepared. I will send the calendar invitation shortly.
Azleen
