Morning people,

Azleen here. Good news. The first month’s data from the KPI Dashboard is in. As anticipated, our outbound marketing is working superbly well. Our acquisition of partners and affiliates is showing results earlier than I originally thought. Our email outreach is generating a decent series of leads, too. And, guess what, these are organic. We haven’t started our ad push yet.

We are witnessing a healthy and consistent surge of traffic across the entire ecosystem from our website and Google Business Profile to our WhatsApp Channel, social media channels and LinkedIn Newsletter. The growth in views, followers, and subscribers, particularly on the CEO’s personal LinkedIn, proves our strategy is perfectly hitting the mark.

Now, they are in our asset. It's like they are no longer at the window but already in our shop. This influx of traffic brings a new kind of pressure, especially to the content team. Every new visitor is looking for a reason to trust us or not. Getting their attention is one thing; now to make them stay is another story altogether. This is a validation layer that we must win. All our assets need to reinforce our credibility and trustworthiness. Strategic content production and distribute them are what keep us visible—ensuring we are going to be found across our five key traffic sources: social media, email, content aggregators, search engines, and AI assistants. In short, they must stay for as long as possible in our shop in order to make them buy.

As we move into Month 2, we will continue our effort to balance the play of these five generators. I want to have a sophisticatedly simple outbound-inbound marketing game that triggers a high-intent inquiry.

So guys, let’s keep the outbound momentum high, and at the same time, continue to be obsessed with making them stay for as long as possible on our assets once they arrive. Every caption, every sentence, and every visual must work to turn that traffic into an urge to contact us for inquiries about something we have.

Let’s work smarter for better Month 2 numbers. I have a couple of tricks to share with all of you on how to elevate our stats next month. One is playing ads the smart way, and the other one is user-generated content.
