Today, AAR & Company announced a shift in its business model. For 2026, the firm is shifting its focus from a broad service menu to concentrate on a single, high-impact discipline: Marketing Advisory.

The firm is shifting to an advisory-only model, prioritising the SMEs to take control of their marketing back internally. As part of this shift, the firm’s well-known workshops and templates are being repositioned. These resources will now serve exclusively as internal tools within the Advisory service, rather than being offered primarily as standalone products.
