Q4 Performance: Ending 2026 With Power

SUBJECT: Q4 Performance: Ending 2026 With Power

Guys,

Azleen here. I noticed almost all algorithm-driven platforms are showing pathetic numbers when it comes to organic reach and engagement. The follower growth stalled, and the rest of the analytics either stalled too or declined.  Yet, we are glad that our marketing strategy has been executed well since January. We made the right move not to rely on those platforms to monetise our online presence.

Luckily, our cold-to-warm lead generation is built with long-term in mind, beyond algorithms. As you all aware, we are doing it differently. We strategise our marketing to ensure that business growth is primarily driven by direct communication. It is bearing fruit now.

The performance has remained stable through Q1 and Q2. I will show you the numbers for Q3 soon. Our H2 2026 playbook is working perfectly well. Thanks to the bigger community members, we are growing on the WhatsApp Channel, Telegram Channel, web-based newsletter and LinkedIn Newsletter. Our ecosystem of partners/resellers and affiliates is growing too. FYI, this month, Samantha is working to start our Substack publication journey.

While direct communication gives us control and better capability to bring them from warm to hot, it’s the brand positioning and value proposition that subtly persuade them to act. This crucial conversion stage is where they will move from hot to eventually becoming paid customers.

Per my previous email, we are refining this. Thank you for the feedback given last week. I hope to speed this up so that we can enter Q4 this October with stronger momentum. Q4 is crucial to us. While all our numbers are already showing growth, I want us to push ourselves a little bit harder this Q4. I want the company’s growth to be a historic one this year. I’m talking about the revenue, profit, cash flow, market share and brand reputation.

Everyone, listen up. This week, we will focus on two things. First is to get feedback from external parties, namely selected partners and customers. Use the list given to you. The second is to continue our focus on the refinement work. I briefed each of you on my expectations yesterday. I hope to hear your updates on the progress this Friday.
